Student Reregistration And Education Operational Fee (SOP) And/Or Single Tuition Fee (UKT) Payment For Even Semester 2017/ 2018 Academic Year Tuesday, 12 December 2017 02:18

Through this announcement, all students are obliged to re-register for the Even Semester in 2017/2018 Academic Year and it is regulated as follows:

RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Pelaksanaan pendaftaran ulang hanya dilakukan dengan melakukan pembayaran SOP dan/atau UKT pada semester tersebut, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
  2. To pay SOP and/or UKT, students do not have to write their bank account number, they just need to write their name, student ID number and their faculty.
  3. SOP and/or UKT payment cannot be done through fund transfer method.
  4. There is no holographic sticker attached in Student ID Card (KTM), previous version ID Card with scannable barcode can still be used.
  5. SOP and/or UKT payment should be made on:

  6. Students registered in 2012 and preceding years can made the SOP payment to one of the seven banks appointed to receive the payments:
    1. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA ( BNI )
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
    2. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA ( BTN )
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
    3. BANK MANDIRI
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
    4. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA ( BRI )
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
    5. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI ) SYARIAH
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
    6. BANK MANDIRI SYARIAH
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
    7. BANK JATIM
      Payment can be made directly through:
      All branches (teller payment) with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction
  7. For students registered in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, SOP and/or UKT payment can be made to the same bank when they first paid their tuition fees.
  8. For students participating in 57th KKN-BBM, the SOP payment period will be accepted without fine until 1 February 2018.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2017/2018

Students may apply leave of absence from 1 January to 13 January 2018 (The application letter should be directed to the Rector through Director of Education with approval from the Dean or Director of Postgraduate School).

Students’ leave of absence application after 13 January 2018 will not be approved.

EXCLUSION FROM SOP PAYMENT

Students may apply for SOP Payment exclusion through Director of Finance until 2 February 2018 with condition as follows:

  1. For students of Three Year Vocational, Undergraduate and Master’s programs who have been granted their degrees or given judgement (judicium) the latest on 2 February 2018 by attaching Graduation Declaration letter from the faculty or postgraduate school.
  2. For doctoral program students who have been declared passing their second dissertation defense exam (Open Exam) the latest on 2 February 2018 by attaching Graduation Declaration letter from the faculty or postgraduate school.

Students are obliged to pay the SOP if the applications submitted after the date.

STUDENTS FAIL TO RE-REGISTER

If until 19 January 2018, there are still students who fail to re-register, they will not be allowed to follow the academic or non academic activities.
