FKM Students Field Work at Semampir Surabaya

NAIR NEWS – Since Tuesday, January 2, a group of Universitas Airlangga students have been working with the community in RW 9 Ujung Village, Semampir Sub-district, Surabaya. They were undergraduate students of Faculty of Public Health (FKM) who are conducting a series of PKL activities (field work practices).

They called the program promoted to the community there Jumantik Junior (Jumanji) and Generation Ujung Peduli Lingkungan (Guling). The low level of ABJ (larvae free) in the area is 71 percent, but the problems on rats and mosquitoes, and on the management garbage were the reason for them to do PKL  in Ujung Urban Village.
