UNAIR NEWS – Ramadan is identical  with the spirit to share. It is the right moment to share and the association of Universitas Airlangga drivers also thinks that way. Last Friday, June 9, UNAIR drivers shares some meals in the crossroads near Campus C UNAIR.

It was the third time these UNAIR drivers initiated this kind of event. Didit Setiawan to UNAIR News said that it was held because the drivers wanted to share to others in this holy month.

“This sharing takjil was held from supports and donation of the drivers and some employees of UNAIR,” said Didit to UNAIR NEWS.

This year, they are holding the event twice and the second one will be held next Friday, June 16.

Last Friday, the committee was prepared 150 packages and there was none left before the time for iftar. According to Didit, there may be more packages next Friday as some other drivers from faculties wanted to participate.

“There may be more as there are more drivers in faculties want to participate,” said Gaguk, the treasury staff.

“I am proud and happy that all drivers have supported for this event’s success. They still want to share their fortune,” said Didit.

He hoped that this event can strengthen ties between drivers in UNAIR. “May this event strengthen our ties, not only drivers in the university management office but also in faculties,” he said.

Beside sharing some takjil, they also had their iftar in the garage of Campus C UNAIR after that.(*)
