Febby R. Widjayanto is a teaching staff in the field of politics, development studies, politics and technology, as well as science, technology and society. She completed her undergraduate degree in political science from Universitas Airlangga. She then pursued her master's degree in International Development specialising in Politics, Governance and Development Policy at Global Development Institute (GDI), The University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Prior to joining as a faculty member at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, she worked as a researcher, part-time teaching staff, and research associate at a few consulting firms. In 2018, she became a visiting lecturer at Sosioteknologi, Faculty of Arts and Design, Bandung Institute of Technology. She embraces a transdisciplinary approach and framework in conducting research and analysis. Her primary focus of research centred around politics of development, global studies, policy analysis, science, technology and society studies.
