Fitri Retrialisca is a lecturer in information systems at the department of engineering, Faculty of Vocational Study Universitas Airlangga. The research study is on Management information systems, IT Governance, Adoption Technology, and E-Government. The intellectual property rights that have been obtained are SME Accounting Information System at the end of 2019.
