Neffrety Nilamsari is a doctorate in Occupational Safety and Health. His doctoral education was completed in 2015 at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, in the occupational health and medicine study program, Faculty of Medicine. She research interests are in the fields of ergonomics and work design, industrial psychology and work stress. The field of work safety, especially those related to fire hazard control and risk management, is also a research interest. Many community service activities are carried out, especially in the aspect of introducing the K3 culture from an early age and preventive efforts on the dangers of work accidents and occupational diseases.
