Day Three LKMM-TD at PSDKU Focused on Organizational Skill

UNAIR NEWS – Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) Off Main Campus Study Program (PSDKU) Universitas Airlangga was held in Minak Jinggo Hall, Banyuwangi Regency Government Office.

On the third day, Head of the Student Family (KM) PSDKU UNAIR in Banyuwangi Mohammad Bayu Alfian revealed, everything related to the organization became the focus on the agenda especially on organizational management.

“That way, hopefully they (participants, ed) are able to create organizational goals with clear benchmarks,” he said. “After participating LKMM-TD, participants who want to explore the world of organization can continue to follow LKMM-TM (middle level) and LKMM-TL (advanced),” added the accounting student.

In addition, Bayu added that through LKMM-TD, participants are expected to improve the quality of the organizations, especially the internal resources of the organization in PSDKU UNAIR in Banyuwangi.

“Also, they are expected to continue the organization’s baton in the next year in better condition, especially for better achievements, “he added.

There are five speakers in LKMM-TD on that day, Izzato Miliati S.P. M.Si. a lecturer of accounting course, who spoke about the secretarial and financial administration. Next was the veterinary lecturer Faisal Fikri Drh., M.Vet. who described the nature of motivation. Also, public health lecturer, Susy Katikana Sebayang SP, M.Sc., P.hD., spoke about decision making.

“The other two are veterinary professors Moh. Thohawi EP., Drh., M.Si who spoke about  conflict control and aquaculture lecturer Darmawan Setia Budi, S.Pi., M.Si., on the technique of preparing proposals as well as improving the proposed activities, ” said Bayu.

Izzato Miliati SPMSi., Explained that related to the administration of secretarial and financial administration, time management and diligence is needed. Because, he added, it is very important and become a daily work in an organization.

“Good administrative management is one indicator that reflects good organization as well,” he said. (*)
