However, following the establishment of the Innovation, Journal Development, Publishing, and Intellectual Property Rights Institute (LIPJPHKI) in 2020, based on the Rector&#8217;s Decree Number 868\/UN3\/2020, IPR services were transferred under LIPJPHKI.
