M. Gizi, as the head of community service, explained that this activity aims to spread benefits to the community through free health services and the distribution of clothes suitable for use in the surrounding community. The health services provided included mass circumcision and health checks.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to do social service. We want to provide free services and benefit the local community,\u201d she said on Thursday, July 13, 2023.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Collaboration of various parties<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Farapti said that the activity resulted from the collaboration and cooperation of various parties. She involved the officials of the nutrition department and staff, students, and alumni. We also cooperate with the Ar-Raudhah Mosque and the Indonesian Circumcision Foundation,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Community enthusiasm<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Furthermore, the FKM UNAIR Nutrition Department lecturer said that in this activity, the community was enthusiastic. It can be seen from the number of circumcision participants who have exceeded the quota.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cPreviously, we have informed them that the quota for mass circumcision is only 15. And alhamdulillah, the quota was met, moreover, there were those who actually wanted to join but because of limitations they couldn\u2019t,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n<p>The participants of circumcision and health checks did not only come from the Gunung Anyar Tambak area, but also from other areas in Surabaya.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cBecause we disseminate the information through online media, so those who come are not only the people of Gunung Anyar Tambak, but also from several other areas,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through this community service activity, Farapti hopes that this community service activity can continue in the future. In addition, it is hoped that the community will truly feel the health services and benefits provided.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cHopefully, in the future, we can share more, and we always open our hands to collaborate and cooperate with various parties, especially with the Indonesian Circumcision Foundation,\u201d she concluded.
