In June 2021 graduation ceremony, UNAIR Rector Prof. Dr. H. Mohammad Nasih, SE., MT., Ak., CMA., graduated 1118 graduands from vocational (D3-D4), bachelor\u2019s (S1), master\u2019s (S2), and doctoral (S3) degrees.<\/p>\n\n<p>The graduation ceremony was carried out online and offline. The online graduation was conducted via Zoom and streamed live at Universitas Airlangga YouTube channel. Meanwhile, the offline graduation ceremony was held at Garuda Mukti Hall, Campus C UNAIR, with limited attendees: representatives of graduates, rector, vice-rectors, deans, and leadership ranks. All of the attendees were required to follow very strict health protocols.<\/p>\n\n<p>In his remarks, Prof. Nasih invited the audience to remain grateful and take care of their health. In the midst of the pandemic, he continued, Prof. Nasih emphasized the importance of implementing very strict health protocols in every activity.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThe good health we have right now is a gift that God has given us. Therefore, let us continue to obey the health protocols and maintain immunity and strengthen faith so that this pandemic can end soon,\u201d said Prof. Nasih.<\/p>\n\n<p>Furthermore, Prof. Nasih explained that the pandemic is indeed a challenge, especially for the graduates who will start their work-life soon. However, he invited the graduates to remain grateful and proud, considering that UNAIR had become part of the 500 best campuses in the world in this graduation period.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cTherefore, the next step needs hard work, hard work, and hard work,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the end, Prof. Nasih advised the graduates that they could maintain the good name of the alma mater after becoming alumni.
