UNAIR NEWS – To improve the quality of education services in campus environment, Universitas Airlangga held competitions between faculties, units, boards and institutes. This competitions were related to the commemoration of 73rd Independence Day of Indonesia.

The competitions were about website service, front office information service, toilet cleanliness, and academic climate. Uniquely, these competitions were held without notifying the units beforehand. So, when the winners were announced in the Independence Day ceremony on Friday, August 17 in the yard of Campus C Management Office UNAIR.

The winners of the first, second, and third place for the website service competition were Faculty of Nursing, the Faculty of Psychology, and the Library, respectively. The front office information service competition was won by the Language Center, Hospital and Faculty of Pharmacy.

Toilet hygiene competitions were won by Faculty of Public Health, the Center for Career and Entrepreneurship Development, and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. The academic climate competition was won by Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing, and the Faculty of Psychology.

The organization of these competitions is expected to further motivate the units within UNAIR to improve education services. (*)
