REGISTRATION OF UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA STUDENTS ADMITTED THROUGH TRANSFER PROGRAM SELECTION 2020/2021 ACADEMIC YEAR

With this announcement, the prospective students admitted through transfer program selection 2020/2021 are obliged to follow the online registration process as follows:

TUITION FEE PAYMENTS

  The fee that should be paid by the prospective students:

  1. Reregistration Fee for Transfer Program Freshmen is 1.085.000,- (One million and eighty-five thousand rupiah)
  2. Education Operational Fee (SOP) for Odd Semester 2019/2020 Academic Year (the amount is adjusted with the choice of program and data verification from the prospective student)
  3. Education Guidance and Improvement Fee (SP3) – paid at once when admitted as freshmen and the amount is adjusted to the choice of program.
  4. Matriculation fee – paid at once when admitted as freshmen and the amount is adjusted to the choice of program.
  5. The amount of SOP, SP3 and matriculation fee is in accordance with UNAIR Rector Decree can be viewed on https://bit.ly/biayastudiAJunair2020

The prospective students are obliged to pay the registration fee and tuition fee from 24 – 26 August 2020

The payment can be made by mentioning participant number of Transfer program 2020 at bankteller/internet banking (steps of payment can be downloaded on https://bit.ly/pembayaranuktonline) of partner banks across Indonesia:

DISABILITY AND HEALTH TESTAND ENGLIST LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (ELPT)

  1. The prospective students of UNAIR are obliged to take health test at their expense at hospital and other government healthcare facility proven by Health Declaration Letter (Can be submitted after COVID-19 pandemic/ when face to face regular class can be done)
  2. Prospective students enrolling to these following programs, ARE OBLIGED to take disability test at their expense at hospital and other government healthcare facility proven by Disability Declaration Letter(can use the disability test result attached for the registration at PPMB)

  1. The prospective students must take English Language Proficiency Test at UNAIR Language Center (PUSBA) according to the predetermined schedule when offline study is started.

ONLINE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

  1. Registration documents will be verified online from  28 – 30 August 2020
  2. Student ID Number (NIM) can be viewed after online verification on http://regmaba.unair.ac.idon 31 August 2020 at 08.00 WIB as it is used for filling in the questionnaire..
  3. The prospective students of UNAIR can print temporary Student ID card while filling in the questionnaire online on page https://cybercampus.unair.ac.id/ a username and password based on NIM starting  from  31 August 2020 at 08.00 WIB

OPENING BANK ACCOUNT AND TAKING STUDENT ID CARD

  1. To make the Student ID Card (KTM) that works as ATM, the prospective students of Unair ARE OBLIGED to open a bank account in the bank where the first payment was made (at UNAIR bank branches).
  2. The ID card which also works as ATM can be taken in each bank which will be announced later.

BPJS KESEHATAN/KIS/ASKES VERIFICATION

  1. Each prospective student of Unair which has or does not have BPJS Healthcare/Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS)/Askes ARE OBLIGED to fill the google form correctly from 4 September 2020 at 08.00 – 6 September 2020 at 23.59 WIBon page https://bit.ly/VerifBPJS_PLK.
  2. Prospective students of Unair which DO NOT HAVE BPJS/KIS/Askes card:
    1. Coming from outside Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik, theyARE OBLIGED to register for BPJS/KIS and chooseKlinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR as the first healthcare facility (for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
    2. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik and they are going to stay in the boarding house around campuses, theyARE OBLIGED to register for BPJS/KIS and choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR as the first healthcare facility (for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
    3. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik but not staying in a boarding houses around campuses, theyARE OBLIGED to register for BPJS/KIS and choose their own first healthcare facility or choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR/ Klinik PLK-UA Campus C UNAIR
  3. Prospective students of Unair which HAVE BPJS/KIS/Askes card(during face to face learning process):
    1. Coming from outside Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik, theyARE OBLIGED tochange their first healthcare facility to Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
    2. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik and they are going to stay in the boarding house around campuses, theyARE OBLIGED to change their first healthcare facility to Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair.
    3. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik but not staying in a boarding houses around campuses, theyallowed to choose their own first healthcare facilityor choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR/ Klinik PLK-UA Campus C UNAIR.

  5. BPJS registration or fist healthcare facility change are obliged when the face-to-face session is started. Proof of registration or change facility can be uploaded to https://bit.ly/Upload_Bukti.

This regulation is obligatory for all UNAIR prospective students for 2020/2021 academic year, if the students fail to comply, it will be considered as resignation from the admission process of UNAIR students.
