With this announcement, the prospective students admitted in undergraduate programs (S-1) based on the result of International Class Undergraduate program selection for second period of 2020 are obliged to follow the online registration process as follows:

PAYMENT OF SINGLE TUITION FEE (UKT)

The fees that should be paid by the prospective students:

  1. Registration Fee for the prospective students admitted in undergraduate programs (S-1) International Class is 1.055.000,- (one million and fifty-five thousand rupiah)
  2. The tuition fee according to the Rector’s Decree that can be viewed on https://bit.ly/educationfeeIUPUnair

The prospective students are obliged to pay the registration fee and tuition fee after filling the registration form online from 14 to 18 August 2020

The payment should be made by showing the participant number of International Class First Period 2020 at banktellers or through internet banking (steps of payment can be downloaded on https://bit.ly/pembayaranuktonline) of partner banks across Indonesia:

Prospective students of Islamic Economics are obliged to make the payment in Sharia banks. The bank where the first payment is made will be the bank issuing Student ID card which can also be an ATM card.

DISABILITY AND HEALTH TEST AND ENGLIST LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (ELPT)

  1. The prospective students of UNAIR are obliged to take health test at their expense at hospital and other government healthcare facility proven by Health Declaration Letter (Can be submitted after COVID-19 pandemic/ when face to face regular class can be done)
  2. For prospective students enrolling to these following programs, ARE OBLIGED to take disability test at their expense at hospital and other government healthcare facility proven by Disability Declaration Letter (can use the disability test result attached for the registration at PPMB)

  3. The Disability Declaration Letter are required for the admission into the programs. Fail to meet the requirement, the prospective students will be directed to other programs as stated in the regulation.
  4. The prospective students must take English Language Proficiency Test  at UNAIR Language Center (PUSBA) according to the predetermined schedule when offline study is started.

ONLINE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

  1. Registration documents will be verified online from 30 – 31 August 2020
  2. Studend ID Number (NIM) can be viewed after online verification on http://regmaba.unair.ac.id on 1 September 2020 at 10.00 WIB as it is used for filling in the questionnaire.
  3. The prospective students are obliged to fill in the questionnaire online on https://cybercampus.unair.ac.id/ by using a username and password based on NIM starting from 1 September 2020 at 10.00 WIB 
  4. The prospective students of UNAIR can print Student ID card while filling in the questionnaire online on page https://cybercampus.unair.ac.id/.

OPENING ACCOUNT AND TAKING STUDENT ID CARD

  1. For making the Student ID Card (KTM) that works as ATM, the prospective students of Unair ARE OBLIGED to open a bank account in the bank where the first payment was made (at UNAIR bank branches).
  2. The ID card which also works as ATM can be taken in each bank which will be announced later.

BPJS KESEHATAN/KIS/ASKES VERIFICATION

  1. Foreign Nationals (WNA) Foreign nationals are obliged to have insurance when they live in Indonesia (face to face lesson) and further information can contact AGE (Airlangga Global Engagement) on : welfare@global.unair.ac.id.
  2. Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
    1. Each prospective student of Unair which has or does not have BPJS Healthcare/Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS)/Askes ARE OBLIGED to fill the google form correctly from 4 - 6 September at 08.00 sd 23.59 WIB on http://plk.unair.ac.id/
    2. Prospective students of Unair which DO NOT HAVE BPJS/KIS/Askes card:

      1. Coming from outside Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik, they ARE OBLIGED to register for BPJS/KIS and choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR as the first healthcare facility (for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
      2. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik and they are going to stay in the boarding house around campuses, they ARE OBLIGED to register for BPJS/KIS and choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR as the first healthcare facility (for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
      3. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik but not staying in a boarding houses around campuses, they ARE OBLIGED to register for BPJS/KIS and choose their own first healthcare facility or choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR/ Klinik PLK-UA Campus C UNAIR
    3. Prospective students of Unair which HAVE BPJS/KIS/Askes card (during face to face learning process):
      1. Coming from outside Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik, they ARE OBLIGED to change their first healthcare facility to Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
      2. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik and they are going to stay in the boarding house around campuses, they ARE OBLIGED to change their first healthcare facility to Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR for students learning at Campus A/B Unair). Klinik PLK-UA Campus C Unair (for students studying in Campus C Unair).
      3. Coming from Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik but not staying in a boarding houses around campuses, they allowed to choose their own first healthcare facility or choose Klinik PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR/ Klinik PLK-UA Campus C UNAIR.

This regulation is obligatory for all UNAIR prospective students for 2020/2021 academic year, if the students fail to comply, it will be considered as resignation from the admission process of UNAIR students.
