UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA STUDENT RE-REGISTRATION AND EDUCATION OPERATIONAL FEE (SOP) AND/OR SINGLE TUITION FEE (UKT) PAYMENT FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2020/2021 ACADEMIC YEAR Wednesday, 30 December 2020 10:03

Through this announcement, all students are obliged to re-register for the Even Semester in 2020/2021 Academic Year and it is regulated as follows:

I. RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Re-registration is done by making the SOP and/or UKT payment for the semester, in accordance with the existing regulations.
  2. To pay SOP and/or UKT, students do not have to write their bank account number, they just need to write their name, student ID number and their faculty.
  3. SOP and/or UKT payment cannot be done through fund transfer method.
  4. There is no holographic sticker attached in Student ID Card (KTM), previous version ID Card with scannable barcode can still be used.
  5. SOP and/or UKT payment should be made on: 18 s/d 29 January 2021
  6. Students registered in 2012 and preceding years can made the SOP payment to one of the seven banks appointed to receive the payments:

 

  1. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI)

Payment can be made directly through:

Online or teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

b. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (BTN)

Payment can be made directly through:

Teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

c. BANK MANDIRI

Payment can be made directly through:

Online or teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

d. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI)

Payment can be made directly through:

Online or teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

e. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI) SYARIAH

Payment can be made directly through:

Online or teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

f. BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI

Payment can be made directly through:

Online or teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

g. BANK JATIM

Payment can be made directly through:

Online or teller payment in all bank branches with Rp. 1000,- charged for each transaction

  1. SOP/UKT online payment procedure can be viewed on https://bit.ly/pembayaranuktonline
  2. For students registered in 2013, and the following years, SOP and/or UKT payment can be made to the same bank when they first paid their tuition fees.
  3. LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2020/2021

Students may apply leave of absence 25 January s/d 12 February 2021 (The application letter should be directed to the Rector through Director of Academic Affairs with approval from the Dean or Director of Postgraduate School). Students’ leave of absence application after 12 February 2021 cannot be approved.

III. EXCLUSION FROM SOP PAYMENT

Students may apply for SOP Payment exclusion through Director of Finance until 12 February 2021 with conditions as follows:

  1. For students of Vocational, Undergraduate and Master’s, Medical Specialist and Sub-specialist programs who have been granted their degrees or given judgement (judicium) the latest on 12 February 2021 by attaching Graduation Declaration letter from the faculty or postgraduate school.
  2. For doctoral program students who have been declared passing their second dissertation defense exam (Open Exam) the latest on 12 February 2021 by attaching Graduation Declaration letter from the faculty or postgraduate school. Students are obliged to pay the SOP if the application is submitted after the date.
  3. STUDENTS FAIL TO RE-REGISTER

If until 29 January 2021,  there are still students who fail to re-register, they will not be allowed to follow the academic or non-academic activities.
