With the announcement of Universitas Airlangga’s Undergraduate Programs (S-1) Independent Admission Selection Quota Fulfillment 2021 results, the prospective students are obliged ARE OBLIGED to follow the online registration process as follows:

Filling in the identity form and documents submission conducted online through https://regmaba.unair.ac.id/ and choose Mandiri/Undergraduate (International Class)

Paying tuition fee through ATM/bankteller/Internet Banking of Universitas Airlangga partner banks in Indonesia using selection participant number (payment procedure can be viewed on http://bit.ly/pembayaranuktonline). Partner banks of Universitas Airlangga :

Islamic Economics program students are obliged to pay in available sharia banks

For Smart Indonesia Card – College owner 2021 admitted through this pathway MANDIRI UNAIR 2021, do not need to make any payments, only wait for the online verification.

Online registration document verification

Verified documents will give Student ID Number (NIM) and it can be viewed on https://regmaba.unair.ac.id/

Filling in the questionnaire and printing temporary Student ID Card(KTM) on https://cybercampus.unair.ac.id/

Filling in data online on BPJS Healthcare /Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS)/Askes ownership.

II. PRE REGISTRATION

  1. Prospective students of UNAIR are obliged to fill in the Registration Form correctly on https://regmaba.unair.ac.id/ and choose Mandiri/Undergraduate (International Class).

III. TUITION FEE PAYMENT

Prospective students are obliged to make payments for :

  1. Semester Tuition Fee (UKS) for Odd Semester of 2021/2022 Academic Year (sum of UKS is based on the program choice)
  2. Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) - paid once in advance, the sum of UKA is based on the program choice.
  3. List of tuition fees is based on Rector’s decree, can be viewed on https://bit.ly/biayamandiriunair.

 

IV. DISABILITY AND HEALTH TEST AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (ELPT)

  1. The prospective students of UNAIR are obliged to take health test at their expense at hospital and other government healthcare facility proven by Health Declaration Letter (Can be submitted later)
  2. The admitted prospective students ARE OBLIGED to take disability test at their expense at hospital and other government healthcare facility proven by Disability Declaration Letter

4. The prospective students must take English Language Proficiency Test at UNAIR Language Center (PUSBA) according to the predetermined schedule on http://pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id/.

 

V. OPENING BANK ACCOUNT AND GETTING STUDENT ID CARD

  1. To make the Student ID Card (KTM) that works as ATM, the prospective students of Unair ARE OBLIGED to open a bank account in the bank where the first payment was made.
  2. The ID card which also works as ATM can be collected in each bank which will be announced later by each faculty.

VI. BPJS KESEHATAN/KIS/ASKES VERIFICATION

Each prospective student of Unair which has or does not have BPJS Healthcare/Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS)/Askes ARE OBLIGED to fill the Google form correctly online on https://bit.ly/Verif-BPJS-PLK-Maba2021

 

1. Prospective students who DO NOT HAVE BPJS/KIS/Askes membership:

  1. Living outside Surabaya City, ARE EXPECTED to apply for BPJS/KIS membership and choose first healthcare facility near their residences. If the classes are conducted normally offline, and the students move into Surabaya, they are then obliged to move their BPJS membership to PLK-UA Campus B or PLK-UA Campus C clinic. Membership change can be done manually through JKN Mobile.
  2. Living in Surabaya City (near campus), ARE EXPECTED to apply for BPJS/KIS membership and choose PLK-UACampus B UNAIR or PLK-UA Campus C Unair clinic as the first healthcare facility.

2. Prospective students who HAVE BPJS/KIS/Askes membership:

  1. Living inside Surabaya City, ARE EXPECTED to move their BPJS membership to PLK-UA Campus B or PLK-UA Campus C clinic.
  2. Living outside Surabaya City, should change their first healthcare facility if the classes are conducted normally offline.

UNAIR Prospective students who have applied for  BPJS/KIS membership and move their first healthcare facility to PLK-UA Campus B UNAIR or PLK-UA Campus C Unair clinic ARE OBLIGED to send the captured image as a proof to: https://bit.ly/Upload_Bukti

This regulation is obligatory for all UNAIR prospective students for 2021/2022 academic year, if the students fail to comply, it will be considered as resignation from the admission process of UNAIR students.
