UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA STUDENT RE-REGISTRATION AND EDUCATION OPERATIONAL FEE (SOP) AND/OR UKT PAYMENT FOR ODD SEMESTER 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR Wednesday, 21 July 2021 10:45

With this announcement, all students are obliged to re-register for the odd semester of 2021/2022 academic year, and it is regulated as follows:

I. RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

  1. Re-registration is done by making the SOP and/or UKT payment for the semester, in accordance with the existing regulation.
  1. To pay SOP and/or UKT, students do not have to write their bank account number, they just need to write,

  1. SOP and/or UKT payment cannot be done through fund transfer method.
  1. There is no holographic sticker attached in Student ID Card (KTM), previous version ID Card with scannable barcode can still be used.
  1. SOP and/or UKT payment should be made on:

August 8 – 20, 2021

  1. Students registered in 2012 and preceding years can made the SOP payment to one of the seven banks appointed :

 

a. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI)

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

b. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (BTN)

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

c. BANK MANDIRI

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

d. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI)

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

e. BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (BSI) EX LEGACY BNI SYARIAH

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

f. BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (BSI) EX LEGACY BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

g. BANK JATIM

Payment can be made online or to bank tellers in all branches with Rp. 1.000,- charged for each transaction

 

  1. SOP/UKT online payment procedure can be viewed on https://bit.ly/pembayaranuktonline.
  1. For students registered in 2013, and the following years, SOP and/or UKT payment is made to the same bank when they first paid their tuition fees.

 

II. LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR ODD SEMESTER 2021/2022

Students may apply leave of absence from August 16 to August 27  (The application letter should be directed to the Rector through Director of Academic Affairs with approval from the Dean or Director of Postgraduate School). Students’ leave of absence application after August 27, 2021, cannot be approved.

 

III. EXCLUSION FROM SOP PAYMENT 

Students who may apply for SOP payment exclusion must meet conditions as follows: 

  1. Students of Vocational (D3 and D4), Undergraduate (S1), Master’s (S2), Specialist and Sub Specialist programs have been granted their degrees or given judgement (judicium) the latest on October 30, 2021, by attaching Graduation Declaration Letter from their faculty or Postgraduate School.
  1. Students of Doctoral (S3) program have been declared passing their second dissertation defense exam (Open Exam) the latest on October 30, 2021, by attaching Graduation Declaration Letter from their faculty or Postgraduate School.
  1. The procedure for SOP payment exclusion application is managed by each faculty.

Students are obliged to pay the SOP if the application is submitted after the date.

 

IV. STUDENT PROGRAM EXTENSION

Students from Three year vocational (D3) program class of 2016, Four year vocational(D4)/ Undergraduate program (S1) class of 2014, Master’s program (S2) class of 2017, and Doctoral program class of 2014, who got an extension for even semester 2020/2021, will get UKT payment exclusion for Odd Semester 2021/2022 and they are obliged to finish their program by February 20, 2022, the latest.

 

V. STUDENTS FAIL TO RE-REGISTER

If until August 20, 2021, students fail to re-register, they will not be allowed to participate the academic and non-academic activites.

Failures to follow re-registration procedure for 2 (two) consecutive semesters, will be considered as resignation. Student expulsion and/or removal will be stated a decree of Rector.
