Third Day, PIMNAS Team Installs Posters and Finalize Presentation Practice

UNAIR NEWS – Universitas Airlangga contingent are already in their third day in the venue of 31st National Student Science Week (PIMNAS). Unlike the previous day, PIMNAS UNAIR team was even busier with various 31st PIMNAS activities held at Yogyakarta State University (UNY).

After finalizing the preparation for presentation and discussion with the team on Wednesday morning, August 29, all UNAIR teams were split into two teams. After the afternoon break, a team attended a technical meeting  held at the UNY Faculty of Engineering and one other team made preparations for the poster installation at the UNY indoor tennis court.

With UNAIR NEWS, Tantya Edipeni, one of the members of Garuda Sakti, guided the video production. During the production, UNY indoor tennis court was bustled with hundreds of representatives from each contingent from all over Indonesia.

“Exciting, lively, and also nervous for them,” said Tantya.

After conducting technical meeting and installing posters, the entire team went directly to the location where the presentation would be. In accordance with the provisions of the committee, the Social Humanities Student Creativity Program team (PKM – SH) will hold a presentation at the Meeting Room 2 of Educational Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LPPMP) UNY. For Invention category (PKM – KC) will be held at Faculty of Language and Arts of UNY.  UNAIR’s PKM-T (PKM-T) team will compete in UNY Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM).

Welcome Dinner

Not only preoccupied with the preparation for the competition at 31st PIMNAS, as the host, UNY welcomed all guests from various regions in Indonesia with a welcoming dinner. Various specialties of Yogyakarta Special Region gave a warm welcome for all guests. In the warm welcoming event, hundreds of the nation’s best students will be ready to compete for their creativity and innovation.
