Student Creativity Program (PKM) is one of the prestigious annual student activities. Universitas Airlangga also continues to collect the best ideas and works of students in PKM. For the best, students’ work will be pitted and competed to the National Student Science Week (PIMNAS) event.
To appreciate the students’ efforts to gain international recognition for the alma mater, Rector of UNAIR through Institute for Community Service (LPM) UNAIR made a policy to assess the activities abroad to be equivalent to the activities of Community Service Program  (KKN).

To provide complete education to foreign students, UNAIR through Airlangga Global Engagement (AGE) continues to organizes a variety of programs. One of them is by involving foreign students to participate in the activities of Community Service Program (KKN).
Efforts and preparation for student research event of the Ministry of Research and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti), the Student Creativity Program (PKM), continue to be done by the academic community of Universitas Airlangga.
Yusfia Anggreini Haq, a student of Political Science Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Universitas Airlangga, graduated in March 2015 is now one of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) staff.

UKM Airlangga Debate Society (ADS) won 2nd place in the British Parliamentary English Debate Competition (BAWOR) competition. They also won the title of Best Varsity Speaker in the national event that took place May 11-14 at the University of Surabaya (UBAYA).

Farmers from various cities get an opportunity to participate in Livestock Feed workshop on Sunday, May 13. The workshop was held by Vet Ways Indonesia team, students of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FKH) Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), and Winner Nescafe Kickstart 2017 participated by farmers from Bali, Lampung, Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Semarang, Madura, Nganjuk and Kediri.
