UNAIR NEWS – After being visited by Faculty of Law BEM of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veterans of East Java, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) BEM of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), FH BEM of Universitas Brawijaya has made a visit to Universitas Airlangga. Not much different from the previous visit, the arrival of FH UB BEM on Wednesday, September 13 was to discuss framework of the organization.

Vice-President of FH UNAIR BEM, M. Husen Azis said that his organization always accept openly if there is a visit from other university.

“We from FH BEM are always open when there are BEM visits from other universities, because beside strengthening ties it brings benefits to FH BEM itself. In addition, with this visit we can exchange information and experience on the student organization, “he said.

The first agenda of the visit was the exposition of the organizational structure of FH UNAIR BEM Gotong Royong Cabinet and the respective ministerial duties. In BEM FH UNAIR itself has 5 Executive Board consisting of President and Vice President of BEM, Secretary 1 and 2, and Treasurer. Then for the ministries there are 8, some of them are Strategy Review, Youth and Sports, Cultural Arts, and PSDM.

The next agenda is the explanation from FH UB BEM which discuss about the structure of management and management of the organization.

“UB delegates explained about the structure and management of the organization. Sort of discussing about the existing fields and their activities, “said the seventh semester student.

In his discussion with UB, FH BEM claimed to learn something new about the method of attracting students to join the organization, especially BEM.

Not only being visited, BEM FH UNAIR has also visited FH Gadjah Mada University BEM and FH Islamic University of Indonesia BEM. (*)
