Choose Soft Softlenses with Pores

Softlenses have been a fashion trend used to beautify people eyes. But if they are not careful, they pose a risk to the users. A lecturer of FK Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), Rozalina Loebis, SpM (K)., said that at the moment there are many patients complaint about their eye due to softlenses use. She explained that soflenses infection can start with red eyes. Then uncomfortable feeling will follow until finally it really painful. The longest duration to use softlenses is eight to ten hours. It is better to buy softlenses with good specification. First, choose softlenses with soft texture and have pores. They will provide good air circulation for the eyes. Second, choose softlenses with hydrogel and the thinner the softlenses, the lighter the softlenses. Another important thing is the cleanliness of the softlenses. Dust can make them dry and blurry. Therefore, they have to be cleaned in the morning and afternoon.

Healthy Blood Free of Residue

Blood is important part of human body. It circulates nutrients, carries oxygen, circulates hormones to carries cells’ oxidation leftovers. To flow well, our body must be healthy. According to a physiologist of Faculty of Medicine (FK) Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), dr. Choesnan Effendi, thick blood can disrupt the flow and circulation of blood. Choesnan explained that residue of metabolism process should not flow with the blood. It should be out with urine or feces. If the blood contains the substance, the body will have problems. Nutrition should also be balanced to prevent excessive glucose or salt which makes blood thickened.

UNAIR Second Place

Universitas Airlangga Surabaya achieved the highest results for science and technology in East Java for State University Joint Admission Selection (SBMPTN). The result is showed on http://pengumuman.sbmptn.ac.id and each university. For them who made it, should prepare for online re-registration, then followed with registration to the university and some tests, such as medical test. Online registration starts from June 28 to July 9. Then from July 12- to July 14, the participants come to pay their tuition fee and re-registration in campus on July 19 and 20.
