“I chose the title because since the verdict, the background of this research is the legal uncertainty after the Decision of the Constitution of Republic of Indonesia Number: 21 / PUU-XII / 2014 dated April 28, 2015 which has added the object of pre-trial with the determination of suspects, seizures, and searches,” added Ely to news.unair.ac.id.

After four years of doctoral education, the alumnus of Diponegoro University of Semarang, in the future, wanted to be active in teaching at Attorney General’s Office, as well as in other places while writing and researching things related to his work as law enforcement.

“For those who take doctoral degree, should really focus and keep the spirits. Do not neglect or procrastinate, especially during a dissertation. Because you will usually lose the spirit and have to learn again from the beginning, “said Ely. (*)
