Online form phase
Part One, Standardized Test. It is a qualification that shows how high a score if tested with a national or international standard test. However, even if you do not do well with this qualification, do not worry, other judgments are considered.
In the activity leadership section, Ocha explained, the key is mainly in the description and impact section especially on things that stand out while leading others. They give more value. The impact and the responsibility also considered.
“For the Job Experience, and Achievement / scholarship / honor / awards section are almost the same. Another important thing, due to the great number of registrants, limit the use of unimportant words, present actual data, and use a short, solid, and clear language, “said Ocha.
The last section is to write an essay according to the guidelines on website. Keep an emphasis on what makes a person different from others and how much sacrifice has been made. Explain in details as the written essay is more personal.
Interview phase
Next selection phase is interview via phone. There are 2 things to keep in mind at this phase. First, answer the question honestly as it is and be responsible for what has been written on the Online form .
“Do not ever lie because from the way you answer, they will know. Just be who you are. Whatever the questions, we must answer based on the facts, “said Ocha.
Second, according to Ocha, the interviewer will ask random questions. Rereading what is written on the online form and creating sample questions for interviews is highly recommended.
Although the chance of qualifying is pretty thin. There is nothing wrong to try, who knows it is one way to realize your dream, so good luck.
