Five Delegates from Romania to Share Knowledge in UNAIR

UNAIR NEWS – To develop the network of education partnership, delegation of Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu-Romania (LBUS) is going to share knowledge with the academician of Universitas Airlangga. They are having a teaching and training mobility in UNAIR from May 16 to May 24.

Three of the delegates will teach in Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science and Technology and Faculty of Economics and Business. The delegation was received by UNAIR officials in Assembly Room C on Tuesday, May 16.

Head of International Office and Partnership, Dian Ekowati, Ph.D., said that the delegation of LBUS in UNAIR was a scheme of teaching and training mobility of Erasmus+ program. Previously, from May 8 to May 13, FH lecturer Dr. Intan Soeparna was sent to the LBUS in the same program.

“Through Eramus+ program, we hope to share experiences between lecturers and staff. We will support this teaching and training mobility program,” said Dian.

Dian said that this academic collaboration is an important moment for both universities to strengthen ties. “There will be information exchange from this program on teaching method development and network and partnership development,” said the Head of IOP.

One of the LBUS delegates, Dr. Ioana Mircea, said that curricula of UNAIR and LBUS have similarity. Mircea was enthusiastic to share knowledge with UNAIR academicians.

We are very glad to be here. We are looking forward to see the activities of lectures and other cooperation activities in the next few days as scheduled in UNAIR,” she said.
