UNAIR NEWS – The presence of KH. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri for the first time at Ulul Azmi Mosque Universitas Airlangga on Sunday, November 5 was greeted with Salawat Thalaal Badru . The caretaker of Raudlatut Thalibin Rembang Islamic Boarding School was present to close Islamic Days 2017 Mosaic, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.
With a topic ” What Do You Live Here For ”, the Kiai who is familiarly called Gus Mus shared some wisdoms on the purpose of human life in a simple way and occasionally interacted with the audience with his jokes.
The Al-Azhar University alumni initially invited the audience to imagine how big the earth is, when compared to the vastness of the universe, which is of the power of Allah azza wajalla. Gus Mus once spoke to one of the professors by saying that the earth is like a green bean compared to the size of the universe, but his expression was regretted because it was still too big, according to the professor, it is even smaller than a grain of dust. But Gus Mus replied that the dust was harder to compare to the green bean.
” Where is Surabaya in the green beans, how can 7.5 billion people be in the green bean? We are very, very small, how can humans still be arrogant and arrogant if we are a small part of the green beans, ” he said.
In interpreting the phrase of Allahu Akbar, the religious leader who likes to write, also invited the audience to always remember the greatness of Allah SWT, by believing that God is great, greater than anything. However, if you have not been able to believe in God’s greatness, then belittle yourself, believe that you are nothing.
” If we can not believe in God’s greatness, so belittle yourself, tell yourself that you’re very small, ” said the man who also writes books.
The author of the Daily Fiqh Book also appreciated the students who were present at the occasion. Gus Mus stated what he preferred from students is their rationality. They always ask why, why and why. Because in the midst of society many people live without thinking, and they do not want to think.
” Faculty of Economics and Business studies Islam, that’s amazing. ” said Gus Mus at the beginning of the event.
In relation with social life, the Kyai from Rembang came to see that people need to know that good relations with humans is part of the worship ghoiru mahdhoh . Islam is not only mandatory worship such as prayers, zakat, fasting and hajj, providing assistance to others, being honest, selfless, working, or learning also belongs to another category of worship.
“Prophet Muhammad is the most humane human. If you want to be a complete man then follow the Prophet Muhammad, ” said Gus Mus.
Atho’ur Rohman, as head of the committee seemed satisfied with the Islamic Days 2017, especially with the presence of KH. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri in the closing event.
” Alhamdulillah, Islamic Days in its second year, can present Gus Mus, hopefully the students and the surrounding community gain knowledge from him, ” said Atho’ur Rohman, Student of Islamic Economics 2015.
In the end of the event, KH. Musthofa Bisri was asked by one of the audiences to read one of the poems he had made in 2005 entitled, Allahu Akbar. Here’s the poem.
Allahu Akbar!
Pekik kalian menghalilintar
Membuat makhluk-makhluk kecil tergetar
Allahu Akbar!
Allah Maha Besar
Urat-urat leher kalian membesar
Meneriakkan Allahu Akbar
Dan dengan semangat jihad
Nafsu kebencian kalian membakar
Apa saja yang kalian anggap mungkar
Allahu Akbar, Allah Maha Besar!
Seandainya 5 milyar manusia
Penghuni bumi sebesar debu ini
Sesat semua atau saleh semua
Tak sedikit pun mempengaruhi
KebesaranNya
Melihat keganasan kalian aku yakin
Kalian belum pernah bertemu Ar-Rahman
Yang kasih sayangNya meliputi segalanya
Bagaimana kau begitu berani mengatasnamakanNya
Ketika dengan pongah kau melibas mereka
Yang sedang mencari jalan menujuNya?
Mengapa kalau mereka
Memang pantas masuk neraka
Tidak kalian biarkan Tuhan mereka
Yang menyiksa mereka
Kapan kalian mendapat mandat
Wewenang dariNya untuk menyiksa dan melaknat?
Allahu Akbar!
Syirik adalah dosa paling besar
Dan syirik yang paling akbar
Adalah mensekutukanNya
Dengan mempertuhankan diri sendiri
Dengan memutlakkan kebenaran sendiri.
Laa ilaaha illallah!
