UNAIR NEWS – After four years learning in Hiroshima University, Japan, Dyshafilia Charindra finished her bachelor program through International Dental Course (IDC). IDC is a program of joint degree initiated by Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) Hiroshima University.
Through the program, the student undergoes their bachelor degree in their own university and finished it in Hiroshima University. Beside UNAIR, there were two other universities from 2 countries in the program, University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and University of Health Science, Cambodia.
The graduation ceremony in Hiroshima held on Friday, August 5 2016, was attended by Dean of Faculty of Dentistry Hiroshima University , Prof. Koichi Kato, parents of students and Vice Dean II FKG UNAIR Dr. Agung Sosiawan, drg., M.Kes. the procession of Cambodia can also be watched through a teleconference in FKG UNAIR, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Dysha is the second batch in the program. Karina Erda Saninggar and Nadiah Kinanti graduated from IDC in 2015. Following her seniors, Sysha will get back to FKG UNAIR to continue their professional program.
After Dysha there are still 3 other students in the same product. They are Yohana Vita Melody Hutapea, Mentari Zaurasari, and Hilmy Irsyadi Hanif. FKG UNAIR always makes students to participate the program as well as in 2016.
In facebook account, Dysha expressed her gratitude and thanks to all parties who help her success. The highest achievement was presented to high officials and professors in Faculty of Dentistry Hiroshima University and FKG UNAIR.
IDC is a collaborative program between Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) Hiroshima University, besides our joint research, collaborative international meeting, staff exchange, 10 days students exchange and 6 months student exchange. (*)
