UNAIR NEWS – Nanang Krisdinanto, the best doctoral graduate of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Universitas Airlangga  admitted that his study was not a struggle full of obstacles. For him, his education was more of a challenge.

“The main challenge for me is to keep focus and share time. Because I undergo this S3 study while I do all my professional activities and work. Fortunately, I can do it and complete the study in time with good result, “said the graduate with 3.92 GPA.

Nanang finished his college while working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Communication Science Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya.

“I keep doing all my work and profession as a lecturer. Besides, I also do my professional career I have since I became a reporter Daily Sore Surabaya Post, as media consultant, public relations and authors, “added the father of a child.

He was persistence to focus on journalism for his dissertation topic. For him, journalism is very close to his life. In fact, he was a journalists before taking his doctoral degree in FISIP UNAIR.

“Some of my life is in journalism because I am very concerned about this world. Moreover, I see a very serious problem, which if left as it is will ruin the world of journalism in Indonesia, “said the alumnus of Political Department FISIP UNAIR.

He then wrote it for dissertation and got cum laude GPA. In the future, in addition to be consistent with his work, he will also make consistent efforts in selecting the field of study, especially the field of mass communication.

Because according to this former Surabaya Post journalist, everyone can undergo S3 study with excellent achievement. They are able to control themselves well. “I’ve done nothing special. Everyone can do it, “he said modestly. (*)
