UNAIR NEWS – Stovit Weeekend Market and Seminar with theme “Dentist Revolution in The New Generation Era” will be held on 4 – 5 March 2017. This event led by Dr. Taufan Bramantoro,drg., M.Kes has been prepared by the committee since last July.

The man who is also as head of Public Dental Medicine Department, Faculty of Dental Medicine Universitas Airlangga, explained that the event is held to provide wider knowledge for dentists.

“We need to realize that there is a dynamic development for the need of healthcare service and community behavior,” he said.

On the first day, there will be a bazaar, alumni seminar and  reunion of class of 2002 in the evening. On second day, a national seminar for dentists will be held.

In this event, dentists are given the chance to speak about different topics. Dr. R. Darmawan Setijanto, drg., M.Kes., will also present interesting topics on Dentalpreneur. He explained about the importance of Integrity Professionalism and Entrepreneur (IPE) for dentists.

“If there are any dentists who aren’t capable in IPE, they will be unlucky,” he said. He hoped this event can be organized annually with different varieties of theme.

“There must be better concern from dentist to community so they can be better and adjust with patient condition in this modern era,” he said.
