UNAIR NEWS – Universitas Airlangga has gained another international accreditation for its study programs. This time, 13 study programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga have gained FIBAA international accreditation. The accreditation certificate was awarded in the Balairua Plenary Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Universitas Airlangga Management Office, on Sunday, May 15, 2023, by the FIBAA Manager.
FIBAA, or the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation, is an agency from Europe that guarantees and develops the quality of international standard higher education. This institution has been acknowledged by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as an international accreditation institution. Universitas Airlangga is one of the higher education institutions with FIBAA accreditation.
Mag.a Diane Freiberger (Managing Director FIBAA) and Viktoria Dermanowski (Head of International Procedures FIBAA) handed over the certificate to Prof Dr Bambang Sektiari Lukiswanto DEA (Vice Retor for Academic, Student, and Alumni Affairs UNAIR) as representatives of FEB and Prof Nurul Barizah SH LLM PhD (Head of UNAIR Quality Assurance Board). They were joined by Prof Dr Dian Agustia SE MSi Ak CMA CA (Dean of FEB UNAIR) during the awarding session.

The following is a list of the 13 study programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNAIR that have received FIBAA Quality Seal and Premium Seal accreditation certificates:

- Development Economics Undergraduate Study Program
- Management Undergraduate Study Program
- Economics Master’s Study Program
- Management Master’s Study Program
- Management Science Master’s Study Program
- Accounting Science Doctoral Study Program
- Management Science Doctoral Study Program
- Islamic Economics Doctoral Study Program
- Economics Doctoral Study Program
FIBAA Premium Seal accreditation certificates were given to:
- Accounting Undergraduate Study Program
- Islamic Economics Undergraduate Study Program
- Accounting Master’s Study Program
- Islamic Economics Science Master’s of Study Program
She congratulated Faculty of Economics and Business UNAIR team for the hard work of the team making their best contribution to higher education.

Furthermore, the Managing Director of FIBAA also expressed her appreciation for UNAIR’s achievement in gaining 25 international accreditation certificates from FIBAA. Apart from the 13 FEB study programs that received FIBAA accreditation certificates, the following 12 UNAIR study programs had also received these certificates:
