UNAIR FEB welcomes students of Universiti Malaya

UNAIR NEWS – Twenty students of Universiti Malaya visiting Airlangga Sharia and Entrepreneurship Education Center (ASEEC) Tower at Campus B Dharmawangsa on Monday, August 1, 2022, was a sight to behold. The visit is a part of the International Academic & Business Visit (IABV) of the UNAIR Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB).

The Faculty Dean, Prof Dr. Dian Agustia SE MSi Ak CMA CA, welcomed the Universiti Malaya students. In her opening speech, Prof Dian underlined the program’s purpose to exchange ideas and culture. The program blends the students of Universitas Airlangga and the Universiti of Malaya.

“This program facilitates more than just exchanging thoughts, ideas, and scientific experiences, but also perspective experiences on the leading companies in Indonesia,” said the management and accounting expert.

The program aims to realize the vision and mission of FEB that corresponds to the UNAIR tagline as a university that upholds Excellence with Morality. Besides, FEB will hold its 61st anniversary this month.

“As one of the nation’s foremost Faculty of Economics, we are committed to being an independent, innovative, leading campus at national and international levels,” Prof Dian said.

In her welcoming speech, she introduced various excellent programs of UNAIR FEB, which consist of four departments with three-degree levels. Besides, fast-track programs and international classes are also available.

The programs will facilitate the students to grow and succeed.

“FEB UNAIR has more than 13 thousand notable alumni both in government or private sectors,” she said.

She advised the Universiti Malaya students to do their best for the one-week-long short-term exchange program.

“Bring your fullest to the class and other activities. Thank you for visiting FEB UNAIR,” said Prof Dian.
