DIRECTORATE OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS & DIGITALIZATION (DSID)
The Directorate of Information Systems and Digitalization (DSID) is a directorate of Universitas Airlangga. It comprises two divisions: System & Database Operations and System Development. There are at least five sub-divisions within the directorate: Web Systems and Technical Services, Network and System Operations, Data Security, Digitalization and System Development, and Integration and Information Systems.
To become an independent, innovative, leading university at the national and international levels, a pioneer in the development of information and communication technology.
Developing innovative work in the field of information systems to support educational development and community service;
Applying expertise in information and communication technology for the benefit of society;
Striving for self-sufficiency in the implementation of Higher Education Tri Dharma through the development of information and communication technology oriented towards quality and international competitiveness.
Tasks and Objectives
Delivering high-quality ICT services that foster the development of science, technology, humanities, and arts, while competing in the international market based on moral and religious principles;
Generating ICT innovations that promote the advancement of science, technology, humanities, and arts on both national and international scales;
Providing ICT solutions to empower communities, enabling them to address problems independently and sustainably;
Achieving university self-sufficiency by being adaptive, creative, and proactive in response to strategic environmental developments through the advancement of ICT.
