Director of Human Resources

The Directorate of Human Resources (DSDM)  comprises three sub-directorates:

  1. Sub-directorate of Human Resources and Organizational Development
  2. Sub-directorate of Personnel Affairs
  3. Sub-directorate of Evaluation and Compensation

Vision & Missions

To become a prominent center for human resources development at Universitas Airlangga, characterized by HEBAT, competitiveness, added value, and significant contributions on local, national, and global scales, guided by moral and religious principles.

  1. Administering personnel management from planning to retirement.
  2. Conducting job analysis for academic and administrative staff.
  3. Managing and developing human resources and organizational capabilities through training and competency mapping.
  4. Organizing recruitment systems.
  5. Implementing and designing employee career systems.
  6. Conducting employee evaluations and designing remuneration systems.
