The main activities of the PLP focus on procurement services within the Universitas Airlangga environment. According to the regulations issued by the Rector regarding procurement:

Rector Regulation No. 16 of 2022 on Procurement of Goods/Services at Universitas Airlangga with Community Funding.
Rector’s Decree No. 7670/UN3/KR/2013 on the Establishment of the Procurement Service Center as a Unit for Procurement Services.

Realizing an effective electronic procurement service, with a reliable monitoring and evaluation system, professional human resources, and in accordance with the procurement laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
