International
WORLD UNIVERSITIES ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (WUACD)
Universitas Airlangga actively contributes to the global community through the World Universities Association for Community Development (WUACD). As a collaborative international initiative, WUACD brings universities together to address pressing global challenges, including poverty, health, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, and other issues through coordinated and impact-driven initiatives.
ADELAIDE UNIVERSITY COLLABORATION
To expand access to maternal and child healthcare, the University of Adelaide and Universitas Airlangga have partnered on a collaborative project aimed at strengthening the capacity of six hospitals and regional health offices. The initiative supports healthcare systems in Samarinda, Kutai Kartanegara, and Balikpapan in East Kalimantan, as well as Pasuruan, Jombang, and Tuban in East Java, Indonesia.
LPMB
INSTITUTE OF SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY SERVICES
Universitas Airlangga oversees its community engagement initiatives through the Institute of Sustainable Community Service (LPMB), a dedicated institution that coordinates and advances programs designed to create lasting benefits for communities.
Assisted Villages Program
Universitas Airlangga actively supports rural community development through its Assisted Villages Program, providing interdisciplinary expertise and long-term community engagement. Ksatria Airlangga Hospital Ship
Universitas Airlangga alumni are committed to advancing equitable healthcare access for communities in remote regions across Indonesia. Through the Ksatria Airlangga Hospital Ship, they provide essential medical services, including health screenings and surgical procedures. Expanding access to quality healthcare for underserved communities reflects the enduring spirit of service and dedication shared by UNAIR alumni.

Community Service Programs
Community Service Programs are coordinated by the Institute of Sustainable Community Services (LPMB) at Universitas Airlangga. The program focuses on community engagement in the areas of education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and social development, with students working alongside local communities to address regional needs. UNAIR offers a variety of programs tailored to different community contexts and development priorities.
Disaster Response
Universitas Airlangga is committed to providing a rapid and coordinated response to emergencies across Indonesia, whether caused by natural disasters or other crises. Working closely with government agencies and partner organizations, UNAIR mobilizes its expertise, resources, and volunteers to support affected communities and help ease the burden during times of emergency.
