Director of RSGM

RSGM UNAIR is intended to support the vision and mission of Universitas Airlangga in general, and specifically to support the education of dental students and dental specialist at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Universitas Airlangga, and other health fields. It participates in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and contributes to the development of health, particularly dental and oral health services in Indonesia.

VISION

The realization of the Dental Hospital as a leading Dental Education Hospital at the national and international levels in providing comprehensive services, education, and research in the field of health, particularly in dental and oral health.

MISSIONS

To provide integrated, high-quality dental healthcare services prioritizing patient safety;
To become a referral center for dental healthcare services and related areas of dental and oral health;
To conduct integrated education and training in dental medicine and related health fields to produce competent graduates or healthcare professionals;
To conduct integrated research based on excellence in dental medicine and related health fields oriented towards innovative products;
To develop a productive, efficient, high-quality hospital management based on performance;
To create a hospital environment that is comfortable, safe, friendly, efficient, and effective;
To provide fast, professional, affordable, and safe services according to patient safety standards.

Tasks and Objectives

To establish RSGM UNAIR as an educational hospital primarily focused on enhancing accessibility and quality of basic community healthcare needs and improving the quality of dental graduates and specialists, supported by a reformed bureaucracy aimed at excellent public service.

Development plans prioritize:

Establishing the healthcare system of RSGM UNAIR.
Providing quality service functions based on patient safety.
Becoming a leading referral center for dental healthcare services.
Conducting integrated education and training in healthcare, especially in dental and oral health, to produce competent graduates and healthcare professionals.
Preparing RSGM UNAIR as a hub for evidence-based clinical research in dental medicine and other health fields oriented towards innovative products.
Enhancing accessibility and ensuring safe and excellent quality dental and oral health services for the community, particularly ensuring access to quality and affordable dental and oral health services.
Advancing RSGM towards quality by developing productive, efficient, high-quality, and performance-based management of RSGM.
