DIRECTORATE FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT, ENTREPRENEURSHIP INCUBATION, AND ALUMNI AFFAIRS
DPKKA or Career Development, Entrepreneurship Incubation, and Alumni Affairs is responsible for preparing students for their careers and enhancing the employability of UNAIR graduates through various innovative programs in career development, entrepreneurship, and alumni relations. DPKKA acts as a partner for students and alumni of Universitas Airlangga, aiming to develop high-quality talent ready to lead in the business, industry, and professional world.
Vision & Mission
As a center for career and entrepreneurship development, it aims to produce graduates who are independent, innovative, creative, and competitive in the national and global job markets, while also being capable of creating job opportunities based on religious morality.
- Develop and prepare students’ soft skills and career competencies in the workforce, integrated with co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Enhance and expand the academic community’s engagement with stakeholders (society and the business world) to integrate academic activities with industry.
- Provide a platform for the development and promotion of self-employment (entrepreneurship) among the academic community, enabling them to create job opportunities.
