To become a Center of Excellence in Financial Management that is transparent, efficient, and sustainable to support the growth and welfare of the institution.

1. Organize and coordinate budget management meticulously and professionally, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to support academic and administrative activities within the institution.
2. Develop and implement budgets with high accountability, ensuring that every financial expenditure and receipt complies with applicable regulations and standards.
3. Provide an efficient and integrated accounting system to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to relevant parties, including the Vice Rector for Finance and Resources and related government agencies.
4. Manage the treasury carefully, maintaining optimal liquidity, and optimizing the use of available funds.
5. Conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation of budget implementation and financial performance, identifying and addressing potential improvements to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Report regularly and transparently on the execution of main tasks and functions in the financial sector to the Vice Rector for Finance and Resources, and establish close cooperation with all related parties to achieve common goals.
