Recruitment Start-Up 2026 is a selection and incubation program for members of the Universitas Airlangga academic community who have an interest in entrepreneurship and are developing early-stage businesses that can be further structured and scaled. The program is open to members of the Universitas Airlangga academic community who are no older than 35 as of January 1, 2026, have operated a business for at least six months (as evidenced by 2026 sales records or reports), and are not currently registered as tenants with another business incubator.
