On February 19, 2009, the Rector’s Decree No. 323/H3/KR/2009 was issued, changing PPKM-UA/AHCC to the Health Service Center of Universitas Airlangga, which defines its main duties and functions as facilitating, serving, and advocating for the health and fitness maintenance of the academic community of Universitas Airlangga
