Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) welcomed a delegation from Murdoch University, Australia, in a visit that also marked the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions. The event took place on Tuesday (Aug. 19, 2025) in the Plenary Meeting Room, 4th Floor, UNAIR Management Office, MERR-C Campus. The MoU was officially signed by UNAIR Rector Prof. Dr. Muhammad Madyan, SE, MSi, MFin, and Prof. Jacqueline L, Director of the Indo-Pacific Research Gate. The agreement reflects both universities’ commitment to strengthening academic and research collaboration as part of a long-term partnership.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by UNAIR’s vice rectors, deans, and unit leaders. It is hoped that this collaboration with Murdoch University will pave the way for new innovations, particularly in advancing technology at the global level.
