Procedure for Requesting Public Information for Research Purposes

Universitas Airlangga through the Center for Public Communication and Information (PKIP UNAIR), provides public access to information in line with its commitment to transparency and to fostering a healthy research environment within the academic community. The university facilitates requests for public information intended for research purposes through the following procedure:

The applicant submits an information request via the website ppid.unair.ac.id or directly to the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) UNAIR office.

The officer will send the Statement of Information Use Form to the applicant’s email.

The applicant must download, complete, and return the signed Statement of Information Use Form with a legal stamp (materai) affixed. This must be done within a maximum of three (3) working days.

The applicant will then wait for the verification process and the provision of information, which will take no longer than ten (10) working days in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. PPID UNAIR reserves the right to extend this period by a maximum of seven (7) additional working days, with prior written notice to the applicant.

The applicant must submit a copy of the final research findings to PPID UNAIR by the deadline stated in the signed statement.

For further information, please contact the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Universitas Airlangga via email at ppid@unair.ac.id or visit the PPID office directly.
