The recognition was presented at BRILIANEXT: Networking Night for Top Graduates, held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Surabaya on Friday (October 10, 2025).

The awardees were 88 UNAIR graduates who took part in this exclusive recruitment initiative. They represented a wide range of academic disciplines, including nine alumni from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), fifteen from the Faculty of Humanities (FIB), twenty-one from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), eleven from the Faculty of Psychology (FPSi), ten from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), twelve from the Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline (FTMM), and ten from the Faculty of Law (FH).

When they succeed, it speaks volumes about the quality of education and service the institution provides,” she said. “This achievement serves as tangible proof of UNAIR’s strong reputation. Leading corporations like BRI look beyond academic excellence—they value determination, integrity, and ethical character, which are central to UNAIR’s educational philosophy.”

Prof. Laila also highlighted the active role of PKKA UNAIR in supporting students’ professional readiness. The center functions as a bridge between academia and industry, fostering partnerships and networks with alumni and corporations across sectors to expand job opportunities for graduates.

“PKKA also provides personalized career counseling for students and alumni. Our team includes experts in career development, and we regularly hold training sessions, workshops, and guest lectures with industry professionals to help students secure quality jobs in a timely manner,” she explained.

Beyond recognition, Prof. Laila hopes this achievement will inspire current students to pursue excellence. “For our students, this accomplishment serves as encouragement, that with dedication and self-development, they too can secure fulfilling careers after graduation,” she said.

In a closing statement, the professor from Faculty of Economics and Business extended her gratitude to BRI for collaborating with PKKA UNAIR in the search for top talent. She also acknowledged the presence and support of UNAIR’s Vice Rector for Academic, Student, and Alumni Affairs, Prof. Ir.
