UNAIR Faculty of Vocational Studies pursues international partnership with Taipei Economic and Trade Office (TETO)

UNAIR NEWS – To expand its global network and foster international collaboration, Prof. Dian Yulie Reindrawati, S.Sos., M.M., Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Studies Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), attended the National Day Celebration (Double Tenth Day) organized by the Taipei Economic and Trade Office (TETO). The event took place at the JW Marriott Ballroom in Surabaya on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

The celebration, attended by representatives from government institutions, academia, and the private sector, served as an important platform for the Faculty of Vocational Studies to strengthen diplomatic relations and explore potential areas of international cooperation, particularly in vocational education and institutional development.

Prof. Dian Yulie noted that her presence at the event was not only a gesture of appreciation but also a strategic move to initiate dialogue with various stakeholders, including Mr. Isaac C. Chiu, Director General of TETO Surabaya, and Mrs. Chiu.

“Through this engagement, I am confident that it will open doors for meaningful collaborations in vocational education, knowledge sharing, and international networking for our students,” she said.

As part of its ongoing commitment, this initiative further strengthens the faculty’s position as an active player in building international partnerships. The Faculty of Vocational Studies continues to pursue global exposure and opportunities for its academic community.

“I hope these small steps will serve as a real contribution toward making the Faculty of Vocational Studies more visible and recognized on the international stage,” she concluded.
