This year’s ACESFA is open to the general public and features collaborations with 88 companies, marking an increase from the 81 partners involved in ACESFA 40. Of these, 50 companies participated on-site, while 38 others offered virtual job postings, resulting in hundreds of employment opportunities available to attendees.

The participating industries are diverse, ranging from banking institutions to multinational corporations. In addition to job openings, nine scholarship consulting organizations also participated in ACESFA 41, offering guidance to prospective applicants.

DPKKA remains committed to expanding ACESFA as a strategic bridge connecting students and alumni with career and scholarship opportunities. Since ACESFA 39, the directorate has also partnered with Kinobi, a digital career platform, to conduct online talent scouting initiatives.

In his remarks, Rector Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih, MT, Ak, CA, expressed hope that ACESFA would serve as a vital stepping stone for young people navigating the job market. He encouraged UNAIR students and alumni to prepare themselves to enter the workforce and build meaningful careers. “We wish continued success to DPKKA and ACESFA in accelerating career development for students and alumni, so they can make a real impact in the future. No one should be left struggling or unable to live independently,” he said.
