SURABAYA – HUMAS | Airlangga Education Expo (AEE) was re-organized on 3-5th February 2023 in Airlangga Convention Center. This exhibition event intends to introduce Universitas Airlangga to future freshmen from any faculty, major and entrance exams available in the university so that it becomes a consideration for future freshmen to apply to UNAIR. 

Starting the opening of AEE 2023, Prof Dr. Mohammad Nasih the rector of Universitas Airlangga, mentioned that majors in UNAIR vary and have good quality. “All major in UNAIR is ranked first. Nothing comes second or third, all of it is ranked first. Do not focus on only one major, there are various options. I hope the information that AEE provides today, Saturday and Sunday are insightful for future freshmen to gain as much information about UNAIR,” Stated Prof Dr. Mohammad Nasih on (3/2/2021). 

Therefore, to optimize the dissemination of information related to UNAIR to future new students, AEE 2023 organizer provides 31 exhibition booths consisting of every faculty, bank partners, Communication Forums, Directorate Global Engagement, Language Center, and many more. 

On the first day of AEE 2023, greeted with New Student Admissions Dialogue guided by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih along with Info Session from FH, FISIP, FEB and FPSI. All participants seemed enthusiastic to participate in AEE 2023 event with a variety of questions during the Q&A session in both New Student Admissions Dialogue and the Info Session. 

On the other hand, FISIP’s booth was enlivened by future new students who have questions about the faculty that was called Democracy Campus. This year, the FISIP UNAIR booth chose the theme of #FISIPAntiBullying and #FISIPAntiSexualHarassment 

FISIP which was identic with the color orange presented the booth with shades of matching colors and added knick-knacks to please the eye in the form of books and opinions made by people from FISIP UNAIR, photography of students and lecturers from FISIP UNAIR and FISIP UNAIR historical infographics. Other than that, the booth also provided merchandise to lucky visitors. It was not surprising that the FISIP booth became one of the booths with the most visitors. 

Though, FISIP 2023 booth’s fanfare will not decrease today. The second and third days will be no less lively. Therefore, future freshmen who are interested to be part of Ksatria Airlangga in Democracy Campus still have the chance to visit the FISI booth the next day.
