UNAIR NEWS – Mental health is a state of well-being in which individuals are aware of their abilities, capable of coping with challenges, able to work productively, and able to contribute to the community. People aged 15-40 are vulnerable to mental health issues.

Ways to prevent mental health issues include grounding, unhooking, acting your values, being kind, and making room.

There are several units focusing on maintaining mental health, Airlangga Health Promotion Center and SoBY (Sobat Happy and Healthy).
