Correlation between the stress and phone use pattern to sleep quality in teens during Covid-19 pandemic

Covid-19 has changed the whole aspects of society and community to a more vulnerable condition to stress due to the fear of infection and the change in daily activity. Among adolescents, daily learning conducted online from home caused the rise of electronic device use, especially phones to an excessive extent. This condition may cause various physical and psychological problems. One of the psychological problems is decreased sleep quality.

A cross-sectional study that aims to analyze the correlation between stress and phone use patterns to sleep quality in teens had conducted in 2020 through 101 adolescent respondents.
