Center for Public Relations and Protocols (PHMP) plays a strategic role in the production, dissemination, and publication of information regarding Tri Dharma activities and university achievements. Originally known as the Center for Information and Public Relations (PIH), this unit was established based on Rector’s Decree No. 847/H3/KR/2011 and was later renamed the Center for Communications and Public Information based on Rector’s Decree No. 840/UN3/2022.
PHMP’s structure comprises two divisions: Media and Branding, and Relations and Public Information Services. The PHMP head is supported by a Secretary and two division coordinators. The current head of PHMP is Dr. Pulung Siswantara, S.K.M, M.Kes.
To become a Center for Public Relations and Protocols that can facilitate the enhancement of Universitas Airlangga’s image as an independent, innovative, excellent, with religious morality.
To organize ongoing public relations activities through planned image communication campaigns aimed at acquiring, enhancing, and maintaining a positive reputation, as well as fostering mutual understanding between Universitas Airlangga and its stakeholders.
To build corporate reputation (brand image) by managing media communications, conducting promotional activities, providing customer service, and enhancing expertise in public relations to support the achievement of Universitas Airlangga’s programs.
