PSDKU or Off Main Campus Study Program is a part of Universitas Airlangga that provides bachelor’s degree education in Banyuwangi. There are four bachelor’s degree programs, Accounting, Veterinary Medicine, Public Health, Aquaculture. The organization of education off main campus was based on the decree of Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs dated 24 July 2014 number 274/E/O/2014 about the permit for organizing study programs of Universitas Airlangga in Banyuwangi. 

The establishment of the program was also based on the request of Banyuwangi Regency government in the letter of General Directorate of Higher Education No. 276/E.E2/DT/2014 about the mandate of PSDKU UNAIR programs establishment in Banyuwangi. The national Education Minister Regulation (Permendiknas) Number 20 in 2011 on the establishment of higher education programs off main campus became the legality for PSDKU Banyuwangi’s establishment. 

There are two campuses of PSDKU UNAIR in Banyuwangi. The first one is at Jalan Wijaya Kusuma 113, Giri Sub-district, Banyuwangi, and the second one is at Jalan Ikan Wijinongko 18-A, Sobo, Banyuwangi Sub-district, Banyuwangi. Giri Campus is for Aquaculture and Veterinary Medicine programs, while Sobo Campus is for Public Health and Accounting programs.
