UNAIR NEWS – The students of Universitas Airlangga who are members of Jujitsu Student Activity Unit (UKM) are always hungry for victory. Various regional and national events are their places to hunt for medals or trophies.
On November 25, 2017, in the event Airlangga Gi Grapling Champhionship 2017, the Knights of Airlangga successfully became the grand champion. The annual event went well. So, in addition to being a successful participant, this UKM was also the committee.
“The key is self-management and time management, “said Rizaldi Malkan Husni, one of the UKM executives interviewed on Monday, November 27.
He said that the success as the grand champion was the second achievement. They have been twice successfully held the event and been the grand champion.

The title of the grand champion was obtained because UNAIR delegates successfully won many medals contested by the juijitsu dojos all over Indonesia. The details are 1st Winner of Gi Grappling Putri Class A <50 Kg for Yulia Rachmawati, 3rd Winner of Class A Gi Grappling of Class A <50 Kg for Kinanthi Larasati PP, 2nd Winner of Gi Grappling Class B Class 50-60 Kg for Shirenda Rizka M., and 3rd Winner Gi Grappling Class B 50-60 Kg for Dhiastriani Ajeng.
There were also 2nd Winner of Gi Grappling Class C> 60 Kg for Firrizqi Fauzi Della, Â 1st Winner Gi Grappling Class A <55 Kg for Muhammad Santoso, 1st Winner Regular Class A 55-64 Kg for Faqih, and 1st Winner Regular Class A 50-60 Kg for Refiana Windasari.
